Sorry but I believe it naive to think that someone responsible for the international operations of this company has no understanding of the strategy or intricacies of its US operations. It would be imperative to know strategy for US retail operations due to it being one of the largest retail markets in the world and what works/what doesn't and what can be carried over into international markets.
