It looks as though the IAG board is determined to overplay its hand and condemn its shareholders to many more years of disappointment.
Why would any IAG holders prefer to continue with their incumbent management, rather than accepting a premium and switching to a proven management team? Its a shame they probably wont get a chance to cast their votes
