Patience remains a virtue.
Just look at FAR who have acquired 90% of a permit with multiple$1.0 billion barrel prospects through sheer persistance and patience.
DONT KNOCK TED .He is a major shareholder of CVN and is not likely to do the wrong thing by shareholders.
