They could do worse. Personally I find better information on HC than from the general press. Certainly the news hits here before we get it from company announcements. In my lifetime I have found that it pays to listen to ALL ideas put forward and as a company manager and director I found that good ideas often came from unexpected sources.

Only a snob is not prepared to sit down and chat with the cleaner or the tea lady. If they say they are too busy then they are also too busy to attend to many other important tasks and do their job properly.
