The logical part of my brain says something like:

"All these bad things are happening with Muslim migration (terrorism being the worst) and there seems to be a real clash of cultures. I know lots of fantastic Muslims but they don't negate the all the ill effects. We should suspend muslim migration until we have a clear plan on how to stop / minimize adverse events going forward. If this was a plane / car / hospital - it would be grounded and analyzed until all safety measures were secured."

However the reality is that Muslim migration has escalated in USA/Canada/Australia/Europe since 9/11. The policy seems to be that any ill effects can be solved by even more migration. This seems entirely contradictory to me. The only explanation is that government has to back its own PR campaign by increasing migration in the face of the obviously negative consequences.
