So if Australians buy property in the US is that an invasion? I find it inconvenient for local buyers but I suspect it could exacerbate any downturn that happens if Chinese owners flee for the exits. But really what are difference does it makes who owns the properties? Are they going to ban whities from renting en masse? I don't see what your issue is.
