I reckon all CTO share owners need to start learning Mandarin.
Here is a thought. Who else do you know who speaks Mandarin and is really good at stuffing up the management of large organisations ( Hint, Australia ) just like ML stuffed up CTO ??
The Chinese can move to 50% ownership can they?
Well let's see if they will put up with all the missed targets that the current shareholders have had to endure.
This news looks like a great selling op to me so do not miss it.
Surely the Chinese will wake up to this charade before they go ahead with any deal.
I reckon they should have signed a MOM ( MEMORANDUM OF MISUNDERSTANDING ) or even a MOGS ( MEMORANDUM OF GROSS STUPIDITY )if they go ahead with this one.
