It does Goblin ..It does .. However they have a lot happening ..solid land holdings , and with HUGE potential in their density projects some of which have been put on hold .

Now .. the only negative ..MAJOR singapore control , however as much as I have expressed my personal view the bottom line is all shareholders ( such as myself ..traders and investors ) are basically positutes ..and ALZ will continue on woth growth potential and a tumping yield .
