talk about a rubbish initiative that will never get off the ground, which the Rudd government already knows, but gee it does serve to distract a whole lot of people away from more important issues like the economy and aboriginals and education and health etc etc
usual government (non) initiative when they need to blow smoke (screens) up everybody's asses
and yeah, the purported 86% reduction in internet speed would be a real vote winner
