In this country you certainly won't see any big moves on mandates before the election. Clive will campaign hard on it but that is it. Clive is just being opportunistic, to him it is a pathway to power and that's it.
My opinion has changes since we have had time to watch Omicron and will stay this way unless and until another more severe Delta type strain emerges. IMO; no mandates except for those working with the aged or vulnerable. Same for QR codes and masks, but I expect masks to be a part of the furniture for a long time to come as a personal choice for people.
The sooner we can drain the oxygen away from the conspiracy nutjobs the better !
