A property developer just sold a 2 hectare site with DA approval for 47 million as they did not see a profit in it for them on completion of the development 290 apartments.... sold it to a Chinese Resource company.... they are now selling off the plan already 1 beders at Kellyville for 450k the 3 bedders around 800k .......but you can buy a land and property deal at Kellyville for about the same price.....
chinese resource companies and development companies are buying and building in droves now in Sydney Melbourne and lesser extent Brisbane.... they have massive oversupply apartment problems back home and a market for apartments heading south.
They wish to saturate our markets now and then move on before we have a oversupply issue....
