This phenomenen was rare in the past... I have related 2 such instances on this thread, v v similar to this Mandurah case... over the past 6 months or so...
all soughts of BS reasons were given as likely causes on this site, but in reality when reviews on LVR-credit spread revisions & the stats of the particular case, perhaps of someone making interest re-payments...with reasons to doubt original loan security-values...
a margin call, can occur on a RE-propty loan.... the BS of an attaching failing business or other debt is not necessarily the cause
