i personaly know a family that was falling behind with payments...bank guy that was in charge of their loan literally threatened them with re-valuation of the property in case they continued being late (pass certain amount of months)!
in simple words:" we'll keep this between us because if i involve 'the head office' they will come to revalue the house and than there'll be 'margins to cover'..."
they were scrambling for money left,right and green party...(thats how i know about it...lol!)
