Keep us posted mike, sounds interesting. I would like to know more about bank margin calls on property. I see no reason why it should be any different to shares. It's just that property has not gone down for so long, I guess we are in uncharted territory. The job of a property valuer at a bank might be a career in high demand over the next few years. This is another idea of how to make money from the property market. You've got to think ouside the box haven't you ;-)
