steve, I notice we disagree totally on the question of oz resi property on that forum............yet agree about axi ???..........axi started off as resi property player, and now has a mix of commercial props.........
it has to be one of the best stocks IMO to hold in the current climate........and for the next 12 months, while the stock market grounds to a halt............
it has experienced a fall due to it being a property stock, but its nothing like cnp or mfs or any other..........
oh and just wondering why you like it when you think the oz resi market is , in your opinion going down.......or are you just looking at the commercial property side of the business ?
I like axi , but I think it will slide a bit more, like most stocks will, then I will pick up some more
