Residential property is something you buy and hold for say 5 years, 5 years from now you will be at a loss..

I think residential run will end this year or next, there is also a posible $20K grant labor will put out to first home buyers which may put a bit of heat into it.. but the life of buying a rental proeprty and renting it out is about to end.

AXI i think will make some good money over next 16 months but then I am out.. shares can be a shorter investment, a house your stuck with it for some time..

AXI is worth about $1 at present i think, trading at 30% of that.. will ride it till it corrects then i am out.. to be honest AXI is my smallest holding of about 47,000 shares
