Another thing to note is BHPs attempted takeover of Anglo American PLC. If successful BHP has said it will offload a number of assets it doesn't want. I'd be surprised if BHP haven't already been in discussions with S32 amongst others. Whilst this is going on I doubt if S32 is looking at other acquisitions.
I suspect that BHPs acquisition will eventually fail as Anglo will want too high a price. Let's wait and see. However if successful I would think that any takeover bid for JMS by S32 would include a script component.
Merely my thoughts at the moment.
