Its been mentioned that Glencore is interested in selling its 49% stake in the South African
Mokola manganese mine the other 51% is owned by Ntsimbintle Holdings. So the same setup that Ntsimbintle Holdings has with Jupiter Mines.
This maybe a good opportunity for JMS to increase its stake in Mn mines in SA. Most likely a better outcome than producing Mn battery materials.
Glencore might be trying to offload while there is some interest in manganese, not sure of the production rate or costs. I doubt its as good as Tshipi mine
