Manganese ore prices starting to move UP, page-77

I hope you all correct with your forecast on share price increase.
I have been a holder for many years and can remember the price as around 94c/share once upon a time. I did not sell any unfortunately. There are a lot more shares on issue these days. Only 131,282,666 were on issue near the end of 2007.
As I recall the Tshipi acquisition took place during 2010 and Brian Gilbertson was appointed to the board when the transaction was completed.
There was an institutional placement at 70c/share in January 2011. The share price dropped heavily and there was a contributing issue of 5:19 at 16c/share in July 2012. There was 2,281,793 shares on issue by the end of 2012
The share price continued to fall and JMS was delisted in January 2014. However whilst delisted Tshipi became quite profitable and shareholders were rewarded with three dividends/capital returns in the form of buy-backs during this period, before the IPO in April 2018.
1. 13/5/2017 - 6% of holding with Buy-Back price comprises a return of capital of US$0.40 per Share (~ 53c/share)
2. 5/12./2017 - 4% of holding with Buy-Back price comprises a return of capital of US$0.21 and a dividend of US$0.08 per Share (~ 36c/share)
3. 19/3/2018 - 5.81% of holding with Buy-Back price comprises a return of capital of US$0.18 and a dividend of US$0.17 per Share (~ 44c/share)

Let's hope the share price keeps increasing to where it should be.
