Its interesting to note the announcement spoke of directors expecting to accept the offer, but the directors with the exception of Priyank hold almost no stock themselves, they are they representing corporate holdings, I will be fascinated to see whether these larger holders also accept, all things remaining the same(which they never do) in theory earnings should rise every year in line the acceptance rate of the previous years buyback.
