both directors are in the buy back, one has > 20m shares and the other 1.2. They have a better grasp of whats going on than I have. I paid 6c for most of my shares so this buyback and the previous gives me almost 50% of my capital back whilst still holding almost the same %. That's a yes vote from me (not the referendum lol) , Brian Gilbertson strongly encouraged small share holders not to sell when they delisted, excellent advice in hindsight.
If you dont take money from these buybacks and they dont find a buyer or relist I see no way of getting value out of this but each to their own. The offers for Tshipi as I understand it where around 800m USD which makes Jupiters share worth around 400 USD this offer values your shares at a much higher value that that.
