The JMS share of earnings from the mine are taxed in South Africa. So if they declare say a 1c dividend that is what you will get, there are no franking credits, and by the way there is no witholding tax applied to the dividend. Thats the way its always been. I am expecting a 1c dividend for the Half Year, at a pinch 1,5c, due to the collapse of the Manganese price through much of the earlier months but it has picked up more recently ( coronavirus impacts may stuff things up going forward, but that will only apply to the next Half Year results).
