In Australia, the price of everything goes up except Mako and similar junk shares. They keep falling down. Imagine buying a $1 million dollar house and the price falls down to under $50k in around five years when there is a housing boom. This is what happened with Mako. Gold price soared and mako is down over 95%.
However, you can't live in Mako or get rent/dividend from Peter. It's the other way around.
