MANGAROON REE

This thread is going to need to be vetted by the moderators. My major interest is in exploration geology which often does not stop at tenement boundaries acquired by an ad hoc process. Of lesser, but of high importance, is wanting to hold multi baggers from this research. To that end DRE's recent success has allowed me to become a free carried, in some senses, holder of LNR as well.



This high quality airmag map is sourced from LNR but actually covers as much, if not more, of HAS and DRE ground than theirs.




I could photo shop out the DRE related area which does make a certain amount of geological sense given the boundary nature of the Lyons River fault system and differing magnetic regimes to the NE.

The image below focuses on the Lyons River fault and associated folded zones on DRE ground with the detail magnetics showing what DRE presumably have from their own surveys but have not presented in a format like this yet.



Key/Legend
White outlines - rough group of thorium anomalies (orange zones more the peaks of Th anomalies)
Red dashed lines recently announced targets Y42 and C7 showing their magnetic signatures.

Subtle 'E-W' polygon between 7 and 42 highlights an area of subtle ring like magnetic features which may be similar to C1-5.

So much more visible on this imagery much is enough to make a geo wonder and way more for a geophysicist to do some magic with.

Zooming in: C7 shows the strong MAGNETIC ring/circular structure which may be much more obvious than C1-5. Y42 has a strong magnetic trend to the NE off DRE ground. Possibly sub parallel to the Auer trend on HAS ground.
