Dont forget goldman sachs is on board as advisors. This to me suggest US based buyin a high probability.
Personally i would like to see an offtake buyin or similar (maybe a private debenture placement) to avoid anymore share issues to fund the new drilling program.
This would take downward pressure off sp as both are debt instruments.
