    Strange then that the USAO would decline the earlier request from the DA.

    Maybe just another quirk of the Exceptional American legal system.


    Anyway, given that the DA reviewed the material in a few days, 30 should be enough for Team Trump.

    That said, I'd give it a 99.99% chance that Team Trump will ask for more time.
