One of the issues is Oceana seems to manage to turn good EBITDA into a low NPAT figure, and if it replicates that the NPAT for 2019 will be in the low tens of millions and the share price will sink a fair bit, temporarily, as from results day (20 Feb).

It may may also sink after today's announcement.

I am a little concerned about the care and maintenance costs while the Phillipines approval is sought.

On balance it has very good medium term prospects and the track record to back it up.

Hence this is likely a 12 to 24 month hold for me.
