I think OGC is hanging in there and has no desire to abandon Didipio. I would think that Duterte at least would recognize that as fact . While OGC's comments may be being positive for the sake of projecting a positive mindset I like to think that their comments are actually realistic and that they are getting enough positive feedback to have confidence that things are proceeding in the right direction. After all they have the two important government agencies supporting their application plus the Office of the President did approve the tanker loads of diesel fuel to be delivered and facilitated its delivery through the barricade by getting a force of 100 police to clear the way. So there are positive signs amidst the dead slow process.
