If the share placement is 'HEAVILY' oversubscribed at 15 cents - and the share were to fall to that price on market, wouldn't those who missed out be sitting on the sidelines waiting to pick up? (to the institutions 15 cents was a really opportunity)
Hence my thought would be that it won't fall as far as 14 cents?
