To the tipster in March who managed to get report on the Internet that shares in Pacrim Energy, Pacific Arc Exploration and Coplex Resources would skyrocket after discovery of a "monster oil field in Manila Bay". The report was withdrawn four hours later after Pacrim said the report was "absolutely false".
