    Just in case you were wondering - the undisclosed seller at $2.05 is a million + shares.

    My suggestion is that PEM SP is being 'held' by the undisclosed 2.05 seller who is accumulating in the background.

    I don't know enough of Perilya to know why, yet, this is the classic sign that someone knows something.
