Nothing has changed except for the price of NdPr which has plummeted and shows no sign of stopping. Clearly the Chinese are quite happy to let it keep dropping so as to put maximum pressure on Lynas and any other wannabes.
Quite simply, if Mr Lump wants to get security of REE supply, he had better get his cheque book out real soon!
