If BSL were to consider it would have to be in the form of a friendly takeover and would pay a hefty premium (albiet small in the scheme of things re BIS mkt cap and BSL balance sheet).
If it were considered I'd suspect some 'insider leakage' as many vested interests would be involved hence my leaning towards no on-market takeover or accumulation by a potential bidder........yet!
