The way bis is developing i am not concerned if there is a take over or not.
Some thing  i didn't appreciate was what bis has done in using their technology but more important using their experience in producing such technology and creating the global opportunities they have because they are the only stand alone q&t producer..
Much is thks to australian govt armor contracts in attracting primes to bis.
ps just my 2 cents,take over pre end of fy19 minimum 1.70 including a .30 cent fc'd div,or minimum $2 after fy19 especially if labor abolishes fc's.
ps if bis receives first sub steel order or news within next 12 months then value imo will increase.Taking into account ,as posted steel can be cut for subs 10 years before completion.
