Just my opinion.
The government gave CLA a six month extension. Why? I think it’s because the department is so slow to cross all the t’s and dot all the i’s that they will need all the time to process what will be the first of these done under this regime.
Personally, I think it’s a good thing as it shows that the government wants it to happen. . What’s six months in the scheme of a 30 year mine life? Bugger all really.
