Here is an example of the ASIC looking other way at blatant manipulation.

For nearly a month now some stain has sat with a significant buy layer at lower prices. They entered it a 5.10 back in mid decemeber while price was around 6. Due to low volume on this stock it has a massive influence on price.

The price was hit on both the NZX and ASX due to FUD spread by a broker about the stock. These prices on exchange however often dont match due to the NZX being the main exchange on which stock is traded and more volume overall.

The 28/01 is a fine example of the effect these layerer manipulation have on a stock. That big red wall was placed around a week ago. As the volume is low it will likely not be pressed. This is likely made of shares hoovered up as sellers panicked, the buys will have been layered all the way up to the buy wall at 5.10.

Now see today the price on the NZX.

There are some layer walls in place but largely no significant change.

Some big fish buying a significant amount of the day dump at the end, nearly 40% total volume trade aftermarket.

    Now to the asx aftermarket.

this is what has caused the price drop. How is this type of garbage allowed? ASIC looking other way enables this. Bet that the same thief who has put in wall has done this to try spread more fud and therefore steal more cash using that layer tactic.

As asic looks otherway, the only thing to do as a retail in this situation is ignore the fud, do not sell into the thief tactic.

A squeeze by retail would see the thieves off at this level, at higher levels harder to do as instos will add more stolen cash to keep up the manipulation/

This kind of layer manipulation is abundant on the asx yet as instos doing it, asic does nothing. Good luck as a retail trying what these thieves do though, they will come after you as easy.
