there's no such thing as "fair market value"
theres market value and there's "fair" value
the DCF is a "fair" value or unrisked valuation
I guess it's better to say that because we're still 2 yrs from cashflows, there's still plenty of risks and hence a discount needs to be applied to the "unrisked valuation"
