ASIC commissioner for markets Cathie Armour said that ASIC's new $44 million market surveillance system would more quickly hone in on market manipulation as well as deal with the renewed concern over high-frequency trading.
I stated this many years ago I could see it and vented my anger to the ASIC many times ..I gave details and only got a standard reply .. I could see the problem with a $440 real time system now they are honing in years later, after much has been lost and many wont go near the share market again ..V
