Maybe because you realized im not trying to be smart but instead telling it like it is. I know how dodgy the stock market is, half the mining companies are purely a carboard cut out with pictures of rocks and machines on the front.

Funds and large players can move a mid size companies SP in any direction at any time, therefore they have hindsight as to the SP.
