    The big question is," WHY ARE THEY DOING IT? Is it a grudge or are they shorting knowing they have covering? Whatever is the reason, they should not be allowed to do it.

    They are doing IT because they know damn well they can get away with IT. The markets are basically a rigged casino operating under the rules of trading algorithms and Legal larceny.
