Being generally a long term holder of income stocks the strategies you describe haven't come within my radar. Since joining HC I have learned quite a lot from the community.

This has opened my eyes to how the game is played and it is better to have as many strings to your bow as possible, provided you handle them properly.

It is a constant learning curve - and I've been involved with shares for quite a number of years. I can see how there is a large percentage of failures amongst new players because they can be unprepared and ready to be snapped up by the experts.

I will definitely look into it further. Thanks again:>)).
