Wouldn't be the most pleasant environment at the moment. Wayne bailed on them with a truck load of cash, and to many in the company that will seem like he took the easy road. He as clearly successful in negotiating an outcome for himself ... and the rest of us (employees included) have been "hung out to dry".
Sadly I don't believe BRM staff have any more knowledge than the rest of us. What "value add", if any, Wah Nam can add would seem very doubtful. Even if they produce something that raises the price 400% that only makes them break-even in my book.
With a rail deal and finance secured as was promised late last year, it was reasonable for shareholders to expect they would be looking at a $12-$15 SP .. rather than a 10th of that.
