7 months isnt long term.

They said no capital raising for phase 2 and phase 3, as you said its in the prospectus and other announcements.

We havent reached phase 2 yet and hence obviously phase 3 so therefore raising were to be factored in when investing.

This raising is because of a great opportunity and wont effect SP too much as you'd expect those in to hold.

That said its at premium anyway at 30 cents.

Management being the major holders... thats a good thing.

Great management and great safe stock if you have the patience and dont panic sell on obvious manipulation.
