When a person is referred a position it doesn't have anything to do with 1pg, it simply looks like a "friend" or "connection" has invited them to apply for a position from where they work. That's for the referrals, internal innovation and talent assessment platforms also are company specific/branded, so 1pg aren't about getting their own name/brand to be known by the General working population, instead they are more a b2b style company offering the right tools/platforms to help business recruit the right people and or generate internal innovation.
