    Perhaps - or perhaps the people who are buying this week are overestimating the speed it is moving - we don't really know do we?

    I am hazarding to guess they are the latter

    Happy to sit on the sidelines until it becomes clear (don't worry I have no fear of missing out - like clear calculated risk/reward)
