    Some clear manipulation going on today, 20 trades within the last two hours all 40 shares or less. Maybe someone is trying to lower it to buy up big (dividend play)? I am going to keep an eye on it, might take advantage of the situation.

    Sort of the issue with these very illiquid stocks.
