Buyers are waiting for sellers to lower their sell price which is caused by something like what happened today. That's when we go up again......on an unsuspecting day/out of the blue. Mission accomplished as they have gathered up a few more a lot cheaper than what they would of got 2 weeks prior.

Never mind...........the time will come when we get financing sorted and explained for PB and the construction phase begins.........this IMO will also be the phase where our sp starts it's northerly march.

The best we LT holders and believers can do IMO, is to ensure no 10c wall appears and slowly destroy any attempts for the 10c wall to be resurrected
