I disagree on your point 2.

54 sellers with 9m shares has to have a negative effect.

And if they were not CFD's who is capable of puting on 43 orders at one level in one stock.

Certainly comsec only allows 4 orders!!

So someone was keen to supress the stock and SCARE people into selling....and it worked!!
