I've had this stock on my watchlist for a few months and it has never seemed to trade "naturally".

Was never sure what was going on.

I became aware through the AVX thread last week that algorithms are used by brokers to puzzle traders as stock is accumulated or distributed.

I would guess that is what has been happening with IBA. The brokers will buy and sell to themselves as they are accumulating the stock. The stock may move in a sideways range, but i'm sure they are tricking people into selling, as they accumulate.
