Great points, I think your definitely right and I stand corrected. I did previoisly think a consolidation was needed before we drill however after some research I now see your point of view. I do however see the need of a desperate CR before we drill and this should definately be in favour of the SH whom will take the risk of investment to fund the first 4 or 5 drill holes.
If we find spectacular results from there we can have more of a bargaining stance when negotiating a JV and wont have to give up as much.
